Doris Stipech Supports 'Insightful' Programming

Doris and her husband, John, moved to Colorado from Washington, D.C., in the late 1960s and were thrilled to find CPR on the dial. For more than 40 years, CPR has made a major impact on Doris's quality of life.

"I so appreciate the insightful programming found on Colorado Public Radio," she says. "It gives our community the opportunity to hear balanced news." Doris enjoys "Morning Edition" and "All Things Considered" and is particularly pleased with the breadth and context of statewide news provided by CPR's award-winning daily interview program, "Colorado Matters."

"Colorado Public Radio keeps me well-rounded and broadens my horizon," Doris says.

On the job as a State Farm insurance agent, Doris listens to CPR's classical music service to find balance and perspective during her workday.
